Kaukauna Farm Demo

Farm house, barn foundation and stump removal for future development.

Grading / Trucking Project, Appleton, WI

The customer added onto the building awhile back. All the dirt and old concrete was dumped in the back. The site needed to be graded.

The elevations of the area were supposed to be about the height of the concrete.... Most of the dirt was four feet too high.

The trees were cut down years ago but sprouted back from the stumps. There were some pretty big stumps in there.

We started clearing all the trees on site.

Here is about 1/5 of the dirt we hauled out. We hauled about 200 loads out.

Here is all the concrete that was buried. We will be reusing this once it is crushed into gravel.

Customer wanted the apron to be wider. They also did not like how steep the ditch was.

Clearing out 20 years of brush for a five acre field.

After we plow the site, we smooth it out with a disc.

Pool Demolition, Menasha, WI

Customer wants to remove pool due to leaks.

Limestone Slab / Boulder Retaining Wall, Little Chute, WI

Completed retaining wall. Customer built the flagstone wall.

Excavating a base and installing limestone slabs.

Backfilling retaining wall with 3/4" clear stone.

Josh put in our lawn. There was a threat of rain and he stayed really late to finish the job so the seed wouldn't wash away. It's good to see a quality hard working person do the job right and timely. He gave us a little bonus after the grass came up that was unexpected, and so appreciated.
